Chef Gina believes that food should encourage good health and nourishment by cooking with natural, clean and pure ingredients.

Earth-to-table promotes serving fresh, seasonal, and often locally sourced, ingredients to make elegant and delicious food that is also health-promoting and nutritious.  

By working directly with local farmers and growers we are assured of the freshest food and at the same time we are supporting animal welfare, the local economy and helping preserve farmland and open space.
